Strawberry Lemon Basil

This is an absolute BANGER of a flavor. It's so well rounded. It's sweet (from the strawberries), sour (from the lemon of course), and the basil cuts right in between both. This is a perfect flavor for summer, and the entire pint is just over 250 calories & has 34g of protein.
Ingredients
- Scoop of Levels vanilla whey protein powder
- 250ml skim milk
- Juice and zest of half a lemon
- 5 Strawberries
- 3 Basil leaves
- An additional 20-30ml of milk when respinning
Directions
Start by chopping your strawberries into chunks, and basil into strips, before adding to the pint. Zest half your lemon, then squeeze the juice into the pint. You could also just use an immersion blender to blitz everything before adding in the protein powder.
Add the protein and milk & mix until most of the protein is mixed into the milk. Don't worry about it being completely smooth, the blade will take care of the lumps when we make it.
Freeze for 12 hours minimum.
Spin on the Ice Cream setting, then run under hot water for 30 seconds. Using a spoon, make a hole to the bottom of the container, and add the additional milk.
Spin for a second time on Respin.
