Pineapple Lime Mint

Another flavor perfect for warm weather. It's bright, tropical, and makes ya wanna sit on a warm beach. The pineapple brings a sweet zestiness that is only accentuated by the acidic lime, and the mint slices through that sweet/sour flavor.
Ingredients
- Scoop of Levels vanilla whey protein powder
- 120ml skim milk
- Juice and zest of half a lime
- 244g of Canned pineapple
- 3 Mint leaves
- An additional 20-30ml of milk when respinning
Directions
Start by slicing your mint into strips, before adding to the pint with the canned pineapple. Zest half the lime, then squeeze the juice into the pint. You could also use an immersion blender to blitz everything before adding in the protein powder.
Add the protein and milk & mix until most of the protein is mixed into the milk.
A quick note here: you won't need as much milk as other recipes, assuming you use some of the pineapple juice from the can.
Don't worry about it being completely smooth, the blade will take care of the lumps when we make it.
Freeze for 12 hours minimum.
Spin on the Ice Cream setting, then run under hot water for 30 seconds. Using a spoon, make a hole to the bottom of the container, and add the additional milk.
Spin for a second time on Respin.
Enjoy!
