The OG Flexin' Flapjack mix comes in at 220 calories, 17g of protein, 33g of carbohydrates, 2g of fat per 60g serving. The mix is made with oat flour, all purpose flour, whey protein, dehydrated milk, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.

This mix has been taste tested by a non biased* third party, and deemed "very good." *They probably were biased but that doesn't take away from how good pancakes are.
