Lemon Poppyseed Flexin' Flapjack Mix

Lemon Poppyseed hits the shelves as the third edition of the Flexin' Flapjack line. These protein pancakes are perfect for spring; the lemon is subtle and not artificial tasting at all (I worked hard on nailing this balance), and the poppyseeds add a texture you didn't know you needed (almost like adult poprocks). 

Coming in at 220 calories, 17g of protein, 33g of carbohydrates, 2g of fat per 60g serving. Made with oat flour, all purpose flour, whey protein, dehydrated milk, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.

This mix has been taste tested by a non biased* third party, and deemed "better than the first three variations." Like I said, I worked hard to not have artificial tasting pancakes. No one wants that.

*They probably were biased but that doesn't take away from how good pancakes are.
