Protein Packed Mini Bagels

High Protein Mini Bagels (No Yeast)

120 calories & 7g of protein in each, these mini bagels are quite good. They're soft on the inside, and lightly crisp on the outside. No yeast, no boiling, and no long rise time—just mix, shape, bake, and enjoy. Perfect for a quick breakfast, snack plates, or to prep for the week.
Ingredients (Makes 7 Mini Bagels)
- 200g bread flour
- 200g 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 5g baking powder
- 3g salt
- 30g liquid egg whites
- Sesame seeds or everything seasoning, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the bread flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
- Split dough into 7 equal pieces. Roll each into a rope and form into a mini bagel shape, pinching the ends together. Alternatively, you can shape them in a donut mold.
- Place bagels on a baking sheet or in the donut mold, lightly cover them with the egg whites, and sprinkle with sesame seeds or everything seasoning.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until lightly golden and set.
- Cool slightly, then slice and enjoy.
